You will need to provide FIGFCU with details of your financial status, including bank/Credit Union statements, pay stubs, first and second mortgage documents, car loan statements and budget information available. This information will help us determine what options are available to you, including repayment plans, loan modification, or liquidation plans.
Common hardship situations may include the following:
- Loss of job or reduction in income
- Divorce or separation
- Death of the homeowner, spouse or family member
- Illness of homeowner or family member
- Forced job relocation by employer
