Red Flag Alerts
Page Picture

For our members' continued safety, we recently added a new security feature to member accounts called "Red Flag Alerts." Now, members with email addresses will receive an email alert anytime one of the following occurs:

  • Change of residential or mailing address
  • Change of home, work or mobile phone number
  • Change of PC-TIED password
  • Repeated unsuccessful attempts to log into PC-TIED resulting in an account being locked out

Red Flag Alerts can be disregarded if the request was initiated by the member (e.g., change of mailing address request). However, if the change was not made by the member and a Red Flag Alert was sent, the Credit Union should be contacted immediately.

Please keep email addresses up to date. Members do not need to be signed up for CU Alerts to receive Red Flag Alerts.
